CVHC RN Clinical Coordinator Surgery	Clearwater Valley Hospital & Clinics, Orofino ID, has an opening for a RN Clinical Coordinator Surgery. Position Summary: Under the direction of the department director, this position has primary responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the surgical department and its effect on patient care. Serves in the capacity as RN First Assist, RN Circulator and may work in the clinic area, managing the practice of the surgeon. The clinical coordinator, along with the DNS and administration, makes decisions on the unit in the areas of patient care, human resource, and financial management. Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred but not required. Minimum Work Experience: 3-5 years previous experience, preferred but not required. Required Licenses/Certifications: Current Idaho state board of registration in good standing. CPR, NNR, ACLS, PALS TNCC, ENPC preferred. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Demonstrated clinical competence in a surgical program. Demonstrated leadership ability and potential managerial competency. Evidence of this includes, but is not limited to, effective communication skills and abilities to deal well with people, ability to problem solve, confront/resolve issues, motivate others, ability to plan, and organize and direct the activities of others.
