St. Mary’s Hospital and Clinics, Cottonwood, is growing and we would like to add one FP to our award winning team. OB is optional. Must be BC/BE. You will join a group of 7 FPs and 3 FNPs who feel they have the ideal practice, caring for the full spectrum of patient needs in our clinics and the hospital, while supported by strong partners and management. Physicians are encouraged to develop areas of interest such as OB, C-sections, endoscopy, sports medicine or acupuncture, as trained. Shared call of 1:7. We are leaders in our State developing connections with specialists via a robot and telemedicine. We are part of a 4-year national pilot project to implement the “Patient Centered Medical Home” concept. St. Mary’s Hospital & Clinics, Cottonwood, has a new CRNA position! We are changing our staffing pattern and adding another FT CRNA. Unique CRNA job-share situation with flexible scheduling. Candidate must be experienced and able to work independently, unsupervised. Practice includes provision of anesthesia for general surgery, OB and endoscopy procedures; infrequent ER assist and emergency surgery.  Epidurals required. Pain clinic negotiable. Job shared equally between 2 CRNAs with flexible schedule. Full-time is a minimum of 130 weekdays, Monday thru Friday, per year at the hospital. On scheduled days, CRNA to be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, on-sight or on-call. Weekends shared equally as arranged by CRNAs. Currently locums available for weekend coverage as arranged by CRNA staff. Plans coordinates cooking schedule so that food will be ready at required time. Qualifications: Minimum Education: HS degree or equivalent; preferred . Preferred Experience: 6 months-1 year previous food preparation experience; preferred. Schedule: PRN-Fill in for vacations and absences only.
